We get to know each other in a video call and you tell us what kind of wedding you’re thinking about. Do you have a place in mind? We’ll listen and then come up with a personalised plan.
We devise a plan
We present you with a customised plan proposing a range of ideas and logistical details, from the perfect venue to accommodation for your guests and supplier liaison.
We design the event

Who’s behind Hikayat Events?
Hi, I’m Hanadi.
I’m a wedding planner and designer, specialised in creating weddings and special events in your dream setting.
Born in Spain but with Arab roots, I know both cultures so well that I can focus on the most important thing, which is to make you feel at home.
Before turning to organising and decorating events, I studied business science at the University of Barcelona and marketing management at the EAE Business School. Postgraduate courses in digital marketing, social media and content management complement my academic training. Additionally, I hold a master’s degree in design and visual merchandising.
I organise, design and coordinate events together with a top team of professionals so that your big day is the most amazing experience you have ever had.
